Case Study: Easter Key Visuals & Email Design
Client: PetLab Co.
Project: Easter Weekend Sale - Promotional Email Campaign, 2025.
Objective: Drive sales over the Easter holiday, across multiple geos (US, Canada and UK).
Challenge
To create the Easter campaign visual concept, which would be applied to both the promotional emails and the e-commerce product pages creating a seamless experience for the email recipients.
Solution
Daffodils were used throughout the campaign; often being associated with both Easter and springtime they were the ideal visual. The colour palette of calming blue and punchy yellow, often associated with the spring season, would elicit a feeling of joy in the audience.
In total four email designs were created, varying slightly for each geo. They used:
Social Proof: Real customer photography was utilised for added social proof, enhancing the brand’s credibility, boosting trust and sales.
Clear Call-to-Action: Strategically placed buttons led customers to limited-time Easter discounts.
Mobile Optimisation: The emails were designed with a mobile-first approach as this is how the email would be viewed by most recipients. However, desktop versions were also created to ensure the best possible user experience.
Prominent Special Offers: The vibrant yellow was used throughout the campaign to highlight the discounts available.
